Dan's Residence
. . . Dan presently lives in Danville, California with his wife of twenty-four (24) years, Terri Lynn O'Connor, and their three children, Aubrey (19), a voice performance major at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Courtney (16), a junior at Monte Vista High School in Danville, and Tara Rose O'Connor (12), a sixth grader at Los Cerros Middle School.
. . . . He also has a daughter from a prior marriage, Kelly Kathleen O'Connor Breiner, who is a housewife and elementary school teacher in Virginia. She is married to Robert Breiner and they have two children (Dan's grandchildren) named Kevin and Grace.

. . . . . Dan also maintains a close association with and makes frequent trips to Hawaii, where he lived on Kaua'i, off and on for several years in the aggregate. He remains a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association. His satellite office in Hawaii is located on the island of Kaua'i.
